Pondá (Goa), 10 November 1915- Brazil,?. Raul de Sepúlveda Fontes, was a writer, essayist and journalist in Goa, Bombay and Brazil where he moved to in 1950. Being a theosophist and a spiritualist, he contributed to correlated periodicals. He represented the Portuguese government on the Washington Conference where the Roerich Pact was established (1935), and maintained a correspondence with Nikolai Roerich, to whom he dedicated a book.
