Boletim Cultural da Guiné Portuguesa was published from January 1946 to April 1973, by the Centro de Estudos da Guiné Portuguesa (an institution linked to the statistics section of the Guinean government). The Bulletin was a scientific journal that disseminated studies in the field of history, ethnography, the arts and literature. The aim of the publication was the "systematic study of the Colony in all aspects - physical, biological and human environments".
