A TribunaThe first number was published on October 7, 1962. Since 1963, it was controlled by Banco Nacional Ultramarino. Between 1966 and 1969 it was published weekly, later it became a daily newspaper and, in its final phase, it was a weekly periodical again. It was both newsy and opinionative, and published supplements about culture, economics and sport. Its collaborators were the main journalists and writers of Mozambique, who expressed critical positions against the regime. This led to the state's intervention and censorship.
