Santa Marta de Portazello, Viana do Castelo, Portugal, date? - Island of Príncipe, São Tomé e Príncipe, 28 July 1910. He was a public servant of the finance department in Cape Verde, Angola and Angola. In 1899 he departed from Cape Verde to serve in Viana do Castelo where he was born. He was nominato to the Island of Principe in an uncertain date where he died, leaving an inheritance. He collaborated with several newspapers in Cape Verde and in Portugal.
